Man’s Life Changed Forever When He Found 2 Puppies In The Dessert During Cross-Country Road TripAshley Maisano
Jordan Kahana, a freelance digital director, decided to embark on a road trip across the country from Los Angeles to Colorado during his Christmas break in 2016.
While he was driving toward the Grand Canyon in Arizona, he came across two tiny abandoned puppies who were wandering alone in the road. He immediately pulled over to help them. He picked up these adorable pups and carried them into his car.
As soon as he put them in his car, he knew he would probably wind up keeping them. But first, he wanted to bring them to a vet to make sure they were ok. So he found the nearest animal hospital, where they were examined and given vaccines.
Thankfully, the pups were healthy, and Kahana decided to adopt them and bring them with him on the rest of his journey. He named the Border Collie pups Sedona and Zeus, and has since named their trio “Adventure Squad.”
This road trip wasn’t the only one these pups have joined him on. He takes them everywhere with him and the three of them have traveled nearly 32,000 miles together through 35 states. Kahana puts the back seat down in his jeep, and the dogs lay on a mattress that he put back there for them. He has thoroughly enjoyed their companionship, since before them he always traveled alone.
Today, the two tiny puppies are now fully-grown and are still traveling the world with Kahana. Kahana had no idea that his road trip from LA to Colorado would change his life, but finding these pups was definitely fate!
