Everyone has had the fantasy of being a hero, but most people don’t have the opportunity. That wasn’t the case for this biker!

This amazing woman, who was fortunately wearing a helmet cam, noticed a tiny kitten stranded in a busy intersection, and leaped to help!

The video she shot was absolutely heroic and uplifting, and she deserves all the credit in the world!

For those of you worried about the fate of this little guy, he is resting comfortably with his savior. She couldn’t track down a responsible party, so she’s adopted him into her home. Skidmark (what an appropriate name) could have met a terrible fate, but luckily someone found her inner hero!

So remember this: Adopt, don’t shop! Many cats still languish in shelters. You can do your part in supporting cats across the country by donating time or hours to these deserving facilities, or adopting a rescue animal yourself.
