Dogs Like Kanya Face Torture And Death Every Day But That’s All About To Change

Sadly, so many animals live day in and day out without much hope. But what do you consider a sad life that truly turns around? I would consider that a miracle, wouldn’t you?

Kanya was a street dog living in Thailand. She was taken to a meat farm and lived among pigs in yucky conditions. The meat trade in Asia is gaining more attention and more animal rescue groups are getting involved.

For a dog like Kanya, that totally changes everything! She is found and then rescued, then put in a crate for a long flight to the United States where she will NO longer face a horrible fate.

In fact, her once sad life turns into a happy one. With a new family and LOTS OF LOVE! But she doesn’t know it yet…

Now in America, her first steps of freedom come with uncertainty.

One step closer to freedom and love, Kanya is hopeful but still scared.

Did you know that the butchering of dogs for meat is not a problem solely found overseas?

Incredibly, due to unclear and porous state laws, it is legal to sell and consume dog and cat meat in some states. And it is also legal to raise them for that purpose. According to the Humane Society, puppy mills are raising dogs that are sold to butchers around the country as a delicacy. These dogs are raised under horrific conditions. The barbaric and cruel practice of eating household pets is denounced around the world, yet it still happens in our backyard.

But YOU can do something about it! Sign the petition here and share this post so others can do the same!
