Meet A Puppy Training To Rescue Avalanche Victims

I often hear from people that they have mixed emotions about working dogs. They do understand how much they are needed but are afraid that they don’t truly enjoy what they do or feel it’s unfair that they didn’t choose this life. Well, this video will change all that. Mason, a 7 month old Golden Retriever, is training to be an Avalanche rescue dog in Colorado. He is trained by methods of play using toys, sticks or humans like a game of hide-n-seek. And who doesn’t love a game of hide-n-seek?

Because of dogs like Mason, people are a lot safer. Can these working dogs get a shout out? Go Mason!
